5Where your information lives

All personal information we hold about you is stored on infrastructure located in Canada. Specifically:

We share information with a limited set of sub-processors that help us run the business. We do not sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy obligations. We choose providers with privacy practices we consider appropriate for Canadian customers.

9Quebec residents — additional rights

If you are a resident of Quebec, you have additional rights under Quebec Law 25, including the right to data portability and the right to be informed of any decision based solely on automated processing of your personal information. We do not currently use automated decision-making that affects you, and we can provide a portable copy of your data on request.

Our Privacy Officer is also our designated Person in Charge of the Protection of Personal Information for Law 25 purposes.

10Security

We protect personal information through reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit (HTTPS everywhere) and at rest, access controls on our customer portal, mandatory two-factor authentication for team members, and audit logging.

If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant privacy commissioners as required by Canadian law.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email and posted prominently on this page for at least 30 days before taking effect.
